Please rinse the cutters only using cold water.
We recommend baking your cookies without leaveners. You can use our tried and tested Super tasty Sugar Cookie Recipe!
Ingredients for approximately 36 cookies👩🍳
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.5 tsp almond extract
2 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 180ºC, 350ºF or Gas Mark 4
Mix butter and sugar until smooth
Beat in eggs, and vanilla and almond extract
Combine baking powder and salt with flour. Add this mixture to the wet ingredients, a small amount at a time.
Finish off kneading the dough by hand
Roll out onto a floured surface and cut with your brand new cookie cutter!
Bake for 6 minutes for soft cookies, 7-8 minutes for crispier ones.

Roll out the dough on a baking sheet to avoid breakages
Flour the surface of the dough before cutting
Dip the cookie cutter and stamp in a generous amount of flour before using
Cookie cutters work best on dough that has been rolled out to a minimum 5mm
